{"id":57252,"date":"2025-11-12T12:28:44","date_gmt":"2025-11-12T17:28:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fhargenteuil.com\/?p=57252"},"modified":"2025-11-12T12:28:44","modified_gmt":"2025-11-12T17:28:44","slug":"the-ahf-supports-the-well-being-of-patients-and-seniors","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fhargenteuil.com\/en\/news\/the-ahf-supports-the-well-being-of-patients-and-seniors\/","title":{"rendered":"THE AHF SUPPORTS THE WELL-BEING OF PATIENTS AND SENIORS"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Argenteuil Hospital Foundation (AHF) is proud to announce several recent achievements made possible thanks to the generosity of its donors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">First, an amount of <strong>$60,000<\/strong> was invested in the <strong>renovation of the courtyard at the Argenteuil long-term care homes (CHSLDs)<\/strong>\u2014an outdoor space that was in great need of improvement. This project will allow our seniors to <strong>enjoy the outdoors in a safer, more accessible, and welcoming environment<\/strong>. Our seniors are close to our hearts, and it was essential for the Foundation to contribute to their daily quality of life. In fact, a fundraising campaign is currently underway to help <strong>support this wonderful project<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The AHF also <strong>funded a new endoscopy software system<\/strong>, costing <strong>$75,000<\/strong>, which will significantly <strong>reduce waiting times for consultations<\/strong> and improve the efficiency of care provided to hospital patients. Every donation is valuable in <strong>helping us finance this important acquisition<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Finally, a <strong>new activity booklet for adults<\/strong> was created with the financial support of the <em>Comit\u00e9 des Usagers du CMSSS d\u2019Argenteuil<\/em>.
